DAY 01:TRIVANDRUM - KOVALAM
On Day 1, you arrive in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) and will be met by someone, presumably a driver or tour representative. From Trivandrum, you will drive to Kovalam, a popular beach destination known for its beautiful sandy shores and serene environment. Upon arrival in Kovalam, you'll check in at a hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 02: KOVALAM - KANYAKUMARI - KOVALAM
On Day 2, in the morning, you will go on an excursion to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of mainland India. Kanyakumari is known for its stunning sunrise and sunset views and is famous for the confluence of the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean. After exploring Kanyakumari, you'll return to your hotel in Kovalam in the evening for an overnight stay.
DAY 03: KOVALAM
On Day 3, in the morning, you will have a city tour of Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), the capital city of Kerala. The afternoon is free for you to relax or explore on your own. You will spend another night at your hotel in Kovalam.
DAY 04: KOVALAM - ALLEPPEY - HOSUEBOAT
On Day 4, in the morning, you will proceed to Alleppey (Alappuzha) to board a traditional Kerala houseboat, locally known as Kettuvallom. The houseboat cruise will take you through the backwaters of Kerala, offering a unique and tranquil experience amidst the natural beauty of the region. You'll have all your meals on board the houseboat, and you'll spend the night on the houseboat anchored in a lake.
DAY 05: HOUSEBOAT - COCHIN - BANGALORE BY FLIGHT BANGALORE - OOTY BY ROAD
On Day 5, in the morning, you will disembark from the houseboat and transfer to Cochin (Kochi) airport to board a flight to Bangalore (Bengaluru). Upon arrival in Bangalore, you will proceed for a short tour of the city before driving to Ooty (Udhagamandalam). Ooty is a hill station known for its scenic landscapes and tea plantations. You'll check in at a hotel in Ooty for an overnight stay.
DAY 06:OOTY
On Day 6, you will explore Ooty and its popular attractions, including the Botanical Gardens, Doddabetta Lake, Mukurti Peak, Pykara Dam, and the sprawling tea plantations. You will spend another night at your hotel in Ooty.
DAY 07:OOTY - MYSORE
On Day 7, in the morning, you will drive to Mysore, a historical city known for its magnificent palaces and gardens. After arriving in Mysore, you will check in at a hotel, and in the afternoon, you'll go on a sightseeing tour of the city, including visits to the zoological gardens, the Chamundi Temple, and the Brindavan Gardens with illuminated fountains. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.
DAY 08:MYSORE - CHENNAI BY TRAIN SHATABDI EXPRESS DEP 14.15 HRS ARR 21.25 HRS
On Day 8, in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the railway station to board the Shatabdi Express train to Chennai (Madras). Upon arrival in Chennai, you will be transferred to a hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 09:CHENNAI
On Day 9, you will have a city tour of Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, exploring its prominent attractions. In the afternoon, you will go on an excursion to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram, famous for their ancient temples and historical monuments. You'll spend the night at your hotel in Chennai.
DAY 10:LEAVE CHENNAI
On Day 10, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight for onward journey, marking the end of your 10-day tour.
