Thank you so much to Sunil and Pradeep. We landed safely at 12.50am. My son liked the criket bat but he said the ball is very soft. Looking forward to see both of you after Devali in November. Thank you and best wishes Sunil and Pradeep.
Mr. VICTOR CARRILLO/Mrs. MARIA ISABEL- GOLDEN TRIANGLE TOUR – BARCELONA SPAIN
Dear Sunil and Pradeep,
The trip was very well organized and tailored to the available time. The choice of monuments to visit in the time available has been very good. There was not a lot of time to enjoy the facilities of the hotels, but the trip has not been exhausting. The coordination was superb; we never had to wait for the arrival of the vehicle or a guide. Hotels have been very good. Regarding hotels, the Delhi hotel is the most austere of them, it had few amenities, but the room was very good.
The neighborhood was quiet and behind the hotel there is an outdoor mall with nice shops. The Hotel Wyndham of Agra is wonderful. The guides have been very polite. Their Spanish knowledge is good enough to guide someone during the visit to the sites. I would like to underline the approach of Mr Devra´j, our driver. I think you have a great value with this employee.
When people arrive to India, the circulation seems a chaos; several days later you realize that it is not a chaos, but the rules are different. However, from the first moment there, with Mr Devra´j you feel safe and secure. This is not only due to his preventive driving, but also because he is quiet and prudent and never takes a risk. Besides, in order to avoid any kind of inconvenience or problem, Mr Devra´j was always taking care of us and our comfort. To sum, he had an outstanding behavior.
The Chokhi Dhani resort deserves to be enjoyed with some local (from India) person (the guide?) that explain the different meals during the Rajasthani dinner, the activities ..., in this way it will be possible to appreciate better the ethnical Rajsthani style. The restaurant of Delhi, the last night, was charming. We really enjoyed the trip and, without any kind of doubts, we advice to visit India and to contract your services. Thanks a lot, it was a perfect journey.
Thanks and Best Regards.
MR.LEE BREWER & FAMILY - SOUTH INDIA TOUR, NEW JERSEY USA 2013
Hi Sunil / Pradeep,
We are back in New Jersey and reflecting on what a wondeful trip we just completed. I want to thank you for your care and efforts to make our India touring excellent.
Our hotel, and guide in Mumbai were good. The flight to Goa was on time, and the Godwin hotel was terrific to allow us to go into our room so very early. Not only were their staff excellent, the Godwin facilities were excellent. You should know that the dinner at the A'tona following the river boat trip was great. Our Goa driver was talented and attentive. He added some fun activities to the tour on his own that were very nice. Because our guide was attentive and good, I am not sure whether he or you arranged to have dinner at that beautiful riverside restaurant, but being exactly on the river and having excellent food quality made the evening superb. The Goa river boat trip was funny, because my wife and I were at least 2 or maybe 3 times as old as the rest of the passengers, but it was fun seeing them have so much fun. Our trip to Gokarna had that very sad accident event. We hope that the fellow injured is doing well. The lodging in Gokarna made a major effort to make our room nicer, and after my call to you, all was well. They brought in a second mattress to stack on top of the one in the room, and the 2 mattresses combined to make the bed comfortable. You should know that we have never before complained about a hotel, and I think my wife and I were still upset by the accident. I would recommend that hotel again, if they provided the double mattress as they did for us.
Jog Falls was amazing and stunningly beautiful and the Royal Orchid in Shamoga was very nice. Mysore was a beautiful setting excellent and our Guide was terrific and obviously loved being a guide. His knowledge and attitude made him a pleasure to be with. Bangalore was important to visit because of its fame, but was probably the least exciting of the entire trip. The Aloft in Coimbatore was an excellent very modern hotel filled with hospitality and good food. They kindly gave us a 3 pm late check out, so my wife relaxed at the hotel while I visited my friends business. The Cardamon County hotel in Thekkady was also excellent. The Copper Castle in Munnar had a beautiful room view overlooking the valley 300 meters below. I loved that Munnar speed boat ride on the dam created lake. The White Fort hotel in Cochin was older but clean and its first breakfast was so-so. They had new staff and even getting a cleared table was difficult. However its dinner was excellent, and the second breakfast we had there was much better because for that meal, they had trained staff. The pool was nice, and we were the only people that used it. The 2 hr. boat trip around the Cochin harbor was terrific and the scenery was elegant. The Allepany houseboat cruise on the lake was just outstanding. The local tour agent Thomas Mathew made every effort to assure that we would enjoy our night on the houseboat, and we certainly did enjoy it.
I know I called you about the train cabin, but I thought you earlier had called to tell me you had gotten a private cabin. It turned out that the 3 other people in our cabin were there incorrectly, so they left and 2 other people came in to replace them. In all, the experience went very well and our co-cabin mates were all very nice. So my concerns about the cabin were unwarranted. Chennai was very nice - but it is really a big city. Our flight from Chennai to Mumbai went well. You might want to know that you will never be able to have a private cabin without other cabin mates. There is a long waiting queue for those cabins - so you did well just to get us the cabin with 2 other cabin mates.
Our driver from Gokarna to Bangalore was excellent and did a wonderful job of showing us both sides of Jog Falls. Our driver (who had the accident) was really quite excellent although his English was limited to about 200 words. Yet he was safe and cautious, which was reassuring and I would highly recommend him.
Except our guide in Cochin, the rest were excellent. Our Cochin guide apparently booked another guide job for the afternoon, and she rushed us through the church, museum and temple, and was ready to leave us at 11:30. I showed her that she was supposed to be a day, and so she took us to their laundry and that was interesting. But she left us at 12:30 and we were on our own with our driver until the boat ride.
The day after the Munnar boat ride I received your 1500 Rupees back from the driver - the 300 rupees in Gokarna were not there but I have no concern about them. I consider them as part of the cost of the sad accident, and not your problem.
Anyhow - I thought you might find this recap useful from an American point of view. My summary is that the drivers were skilled, safe, and cautious, the events and sites you set up were excellent and lots of fun, and the guides were great, patient and knowledgeable with the one exception. We loved all hotels, but the Aloft and the Chennai Accord were truly exceptional. The Accord was such a nice way to end our India trip. We swam in their pool 2 times. So I thank you again for your work in making this trip memorable. Kind regards, Lee Brewer - Middletown

Hi Sunil and Pradeep,
Thanks again from our heart for organizing our trip well. Though the trip couldn't go as planned, behind it there must be a reason from Almighty, alternate arrangements were done well with dynamic change in the itinerary. We were supported very professionally with a personal touch all along this trip by SP Holidays. A special note of thanks to Pradeep for going extra mile in accepting our request to drop myself and Arasu at Airport. We would like to appreciate Sandeep (Driver) for his driving skills, attitude and his ability coupled with willingness to understand our requirements and act accordingly. We will be definitely looking for you for any of our trip plans in future as and when necessary.

Sorry for the late reply but after two weeks in India we had so much work waiting for us in our offices.
I wanted to send you this email from the moment we left India in order to thank you for your work. Our trip was amazing, we really enjoyed it. India is a fantastic country and we would like to be back one day but above all your service was just perfect. We loved our hotels (we had amazing hotels with very nice rooms) and the schedule was just perfect: drivers, guides, etc everybody was always on time, nice, polite .. IT WAS JUST PERFECT.
We really want to thank you and we will recommend you to every person who goes to India, promise, because I think you are a very good professional and we are really happy with your services.
Our drivers were very nice, our guide in Jaipur was just amazing, we loved him (could you send us his address? We would like to send him a postcard from Barcelona), our driver Dev Raj was really nice and he drives very well. Hotel in Kumarakom, Jaipur and Agra are fantastic, so nice.
We really enjoy our trip and we are thinking about saving and coming back to visit another part of India. And, of course, we will contact you if that happens. We have talked about you to our friends and family so if someone is going to India we will contact you.
Thank you very much for everything. I was worried about the schedule, the plannings, everything but I do not have to worry if you are in charge of our trip.
THANK YOU SUNIL!!!!

A MESSAGE OF GOODWILL, HAPPINESS, AND GOOD HEALTH, TO PRADEEP AND SUNIL, FROM GAIL AND ATHOL PARLANE IN NEW ZEALAND.
Dear Pradeep and Sunil,
We were so happy with your wonderful services to us and our group of 'intrepid travellers' that I sincerely hope that I (being the organiser) manage to get together another group to visit this year, more probably through the Sept-Oct, or Oct-Nov period rather than as late as this last year's visit.
We both send blessings for you and your families, and especially so for baby Lakshiga, and Sunil's baby boy, for a happy, healthy, and successful year.
Let us know how the pilgrimage went!!!
Kind regards to you both,
Gail, and Athol Parlane

We like to let you know that we arrived safely in Holland.
Thank you for arranging our India-tour; we had great fun.
All was arranged according to our expectations, we are very happy with the personal way your agency handled everything.
Special compliments for our driver; he managed to get us safely through Indian traffic, what’s a challenge according to us Europeans.
We really liked the atmosphere in the lodges; so personal and warm. The personnel there did their utmost to make us at ease.
We also liked the fact that you arranged local guides in the different places; their English was very good en they had so much knowledge of the sight seeings. Very good.
If you are open for ideas for improvement, just a few remarks (which didn’t affect our trip in a negative way but may help you to keep your service as high as it is right now):
The schedule for the safari’s should be less stressfull; it’s not possible to do the last morning safari in location 1 and the afternoon safari in location 2; travelling from location 1 to 2 takes too much time.
The hotel in Agra was very deluxe but so unpersonal and big. It really lacked service.
If guests in future plan safaris in Ranthambore please convince them to pay extra for a jeep instead of a canter. It’s so much more comfortable and the chance of seeing tigers is bigger. We would have never seen the two we spotted when we would have been in the canter as it couldn’t reach the place we saw them.
Hope to help you with this information.
If we can be of help in future with our recommendation, please let us know. We are happy to provide this as we are very satisfied with your services.
Kind regards from Holland,
Esther & Wido & Tess & Max

This email is to express our sincere appreciation for your extremely professional manner in which you organised the Golden Triangle tour for my wife and i recently. Your car driver Shri Kartar Singh was one of the most polite and gentlemanly person that we have come across, and we thank him for his courteousness throughout. My wife and I also thank you for your kindness in providing us the free service to collect us from our Regent Contintental Hotel to the Airport this morning. Our thanks also to Shri Kartar Singh for obliging to do so.
I will certainlly be contacting you in the near future for further Himalayan Tours that my wife and I are planning. I will certainly convey your contact details to all my friends and to our Indian community groups.
I sincerely thank you once again for all your help and wish you and your organisation the very best of everything.

thanks for your email. We have arrived home safely and are both well now. Sorry we haven't been in contact yet. We have both been busy returning to working life & I have been sick for the last week. Things are settling down now & I will have some feedback for you by the end of this week.
We were both really happy with the package you arranged for us, but it was your personal service and attention to our well being that we truly appreciated.
I will be in touch again in the next few days.
Hi Pradeep & Sunil,
Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. We were very happy with the package you organised us, it was good value and worth the money we spent.
Firstly we would like to acknowledge the lovely Karthi, he was a very good driver whom we felt safe with; we trusted his driving absolutely – especially on our night drive from Josimath to Rishekesh. His vast experience driving the roads of the Himalayas was evident and we really enjoyed our time with him. He is a true gentleman, a man of honour and integrity and an asset to your company. Please let him know that we valued his patience, caring, gentleness and happy demeanour during our “landslide adventure”.
We will be returning in 2013 and my family are talking about a trip to my father’s birthplace Simla and Missouri; we will definitely be discussing Karthi’s availability for this journey with you.
We appreciate your efforts with regards to re-organising our trip to Kolkata given our delay in Josimath. I realise now that I should have followed your recommendation of going to Agra after our trek to the Valley of Flowers as it would have saved us all a lot of anxiety, delayed flights, rushing down the mountain etc.
We are grateful of the extra efforts you made on our behalf with regards to our luggage and calling the Oberoi to advise them of our delay. The service provided by yourself was fantastic and these “little” extra things you did for us made a big difference to our enjoyment of the trip. We felt “looked after”.
The only complaint we have is with regards to the tour guide Ishi in Agra. Ishi’s knowledge of the Agra Fort was limited and he couldn’t answer any of my questions. We learnt more from the information boards around the Fort, than from him. Ishi also rushed us through the tour; we actually had to ask him to wait for us so that we could go around the Fort again at our own pace, by ourselves to enjoy the scenery.
I also felt that Ishi acted inappropriately by asking to buy my trekking shoes. He pestered me with questions regarding my shoes and offered me 1000 rupees (they cost closer to 20,000). I eventually had to ask him to stop and reiterated that I was there to enjoy the tour site – not to sell my shoes. Ishi also insisted that we visit another location to see the “Star of India”, believing this to be an historical jewel perhaps at a museum we agreed. This was not the case, Ishi took us to a jewellers. Misleading indeed.
I was so upset by Ishi’s manner that I informed him and Raul that we did not want a guide for our visit to the Taj Mahal. I would recommend that Ishi is not used as a guide in future or he is given further training regarding appropriate behaviour.
We also suggest that you give people the option of a guide in Agra. We did not need a guide at the Taj Mahal; especially to walk us to the ticket office and then charge us 150 rupees to take a tuktuk 100metres up the road. We would have preferred to walk – we could see the entrance to the Taj Mahal from the office.
Raul, your representative in Agra insisted that we take Ishi to the Taj Mahal despite my informing him of my concerns. Raul did not speak to us after this and certainly did not have your attention to customer service. This was the only negative thing we have to say about the package you provided us.
Chundra, our guide for Darjeeling and Gangtok was adequate. While in Darjeeling, Chundra seemed to want to rush the days through, probably due his family living here, but this improved when we left Darjeeling. Chundra also suggested leaving Gangtok one day earlier and stay in Kalinpong for one night before returning to Baghdorha, this we agree is worthwhile, as it cut the trip to Bagdhorha by half, and Chundra did organise some Tongbo too.
The hotels were fantastic especially the Vasant Continental. The Hotel Seven Seventeen in Darjeeling was a beautiful little hotel with fantastic staff, unfortunately the food was terrible – perhaps their chef was having a bad week! The Hotel Tibet was adequate (they were painting the hallway when we were there and this irritated our noses & heads a bit) but the restaurant was fantastic. The view was great too. The Nanda Cottage in Josimath was very good, we loved the freshly prepared food picked straight from the garden, the view was simply stunning. We would love to return there during ski season.
Thank you for the fantastic care you took of us throughout the trip. We really appreciated that you called Karthi regularly to check on our whereabouts, it made us feel that you genuinely had our well being as a priority. Your friendliness, attentiveness and caring manner was valued.
We will certainly recommend SP Holidays to our friends and relatives travelling to India and would not hesitate to use your services again. We look forward to seeing you again soon when we return and to your organising another fantastic adventure for us.
Thank you and warmest wishes,
Stephanie Bachmann & Paul Dorizzi

Bronwen and Rob Hunter, UK : South India Tour 2011
We had a wonderful time - and are now recovering from the shock of moving from 34 degrees to 4 degrees!
We were especially happy with:
our driver Aji Pilai. It must take great skill and sensitivity, to spend a weekas driver to tourists you've never met before! Aji showed many qualities - in particular, he :
was punctual, reliable, friendly and flexible
was knowledgeable about Keralan culture and politics, Hinduism, Keralan sights etc.
had good enough English
was an experienced driver (though not without a few scary moments - the pace of traffic is so different there and there don't seem to be many clear rules of the road so a bit of a culture shock! However he was very skilful in his avoidance of other vehicles!)
was committed to giving us as good a time as possible
the accommodation you booked for us. This was consistently of a very high quality and Zuri was out of this world : )
the houseboat - Evergreen Tours are definitely to be complimented - fantastic experience and lovely staff. Good food and company
Suresh - our guide in Cochin. You may remember wehad to switch this from the beginning of our week to the final day and on reflection feel that this was very helpful. We had loads of comments and questions by then and it was good to have Suresh with his experience and excellent English to complement what we'd picked up from Aji earlier in the week.
We suspect you favoured us because of our friendship with Roland Watkins. If so, many thanks. If not you are a miracle. You certainly gave us excellent value for money and I have already recommended you to a couple of people who expressed an interest in going to India!
There were two minor glitches. The tea factory visit fell on a national holiday when the factory was closed. Aji tried to fit it in later but we wanted as much time as possible on the houseboat, so gave it a miss. Secondly, we were not able to go on the wildlife cruise in Thekaddy because the boats were full booked. Booking ahead would have been useful - though I get the impression it wasn't something that happened regularly.
However, these were minor points when compared with the otherwise very high quality of our holiday.
Thanks you SO much again for all your help. We hope we will be back in the future!
With best wishes
Bronwen and Rob

Dear Pradeep and Sunil,
Thanks you both so much for setting up such an excellent tour for us! In the short time we had, I was astounded at how many things we were able to see and how comfortable our transportation was.You both served as fantastic guides and really catered to our interests and style of travel as well. I hope that you continue to share your knowledge of INdia with future travelers.

Dear Sunil and Pradeep
Thanks again for the wonderful lunch and for arranging that fabulous parade for us! You two really know how to keep your clients happy!
We usually like to travel without guides, they do make it possible to find many more kinds of birds, and they also know the area well and so know exactly where to go for the best success (especially since birding from a jeep in the park is not very good). It’s much more fun to be shown the best places to walk outside the parks or other places such as farms. We ran into a lot of birders who were traveling with top-rates guides, but that gets expensive.
The best birding guide by far is of Corbett. On a different day at Corbett, we hired a guide who works at Hotel. He showed us different birds and different areas to walk and we highly recommend him.
If you have birders going to Sultanpur. There is a local bird guide he is very much worth hiring, especially he will also take birders out into the wellands near Gurgaon and into nearby agricultural fields to show them special birds, which was a great fun.
Finally our trip to Tal Chhapar was incredibly wonderful because the guide here guided us in his own car. Without him , we would not have known where to drive to see many of the wonderful surprises he revealed to us.It turned out that the same patch of ground would be occupied by a certain kind of bird in the morning , a different type at noon, and other birds in late afternoon. The guide knew this and made sure to be there just at the right time of the day.So it would be worthwhile to schedule birding trips there to fit into guide’s schedule. He is a charming man and an avid birdwatcher .
Assam and Arunancha Pradesh
Dear Sunil & Pradeep
Thanks for another wonderful trip. It could not have been better.Assam and Arunanchal Pradesh surpassed all our expectations in many ways.We had been told that getting a permit for Arunanchal Pradesh would take a long time, so we were impressed that your man there got it in a matter of days.Your suggestion to travel with a local interpreter for thoses two weeks was a good one – Your man was a very competent and made us feel very well taken care of and in addition, he turned out to be an enjoyable travel companion, full of interesting information and good humer.
Since our main focus was bird watching , we were very pleased with the hotels you chose for us, not only in the northeast but also for the various places we stayed in the second two weeks of our trip: Corbett, Sat Tal, Pangot and the rest. Both of our driver were excellent , and viru even became skilled at slowing down when he saw potentially good birding areas ahead. And as we were walking one day , we would have missed a pair of slaty forktails if he hadn’t excitedly pointed them out.
We enjoyed every day, packed in a lot and were pretty exhausted when we got home, but all of the exhaustion was from fun.We always felt that we were in such good hands that we didn’t have to worry about any thing on the trip.We have been home a week and already we want to be back in India.

Sorry for the late reply as I was busy at work after my long leave. On the feedback on the tour arranged , my family and I had a great time , the arrangements was superb. Varanasi is very beautiful and I really like the Ganga Arthi and my sincere thanks to the guide who took us for the boat ride at the Ghat and Sarnath was good.s
Agra-Taj Mahal is very beautiful and wonderful/raining and we had to walk in the rain.
Towards Jaipur- Fatehpur sikri is marvelous and the guide is the best here.He is very knowledgeable /honest and humble and great thanks for the tea he bought for us.
At Jaipur- the Palaces are really very very attractive.
Haridwar/Rishikesh : We only manage to visit Laxman Jhula and the Haridwar river as we understand that we had to leave Rishikesh early due to Maha Shivratri.Guide was also very good and he advised us earlier not to get cheated by people who will approach us for lot of things.
Delhi – Nice place to live and despite the rain our guide showed and took us to many places but due to rain we have to rush to see the places and I will not forget the rickshaw ride along Chandni Chowk. Thanks to the driver who drove all of us safely.
Over all it was a GREAT TIME AND GREAT TRIP!!!!!!!
My sincere thanks to Mr.Sunil and Mr.Pradeep for making our Holidays to India a memorable one.

Hello Sunil /Pradeep,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write.First it was a great pleaser meet you and I m sorry that we didn’t get together again. Thanks for all your help.First we enjoyed being both with your staff there and the drive .All were dedicated and always helpful. Please send our best wishes to them all.
About a festival. It was very well organised and very interesting.I would of course prefer to see such festival in its real setting in a village, but one can’t have everything.I would suggest your government that they pave the road between Kohima and the festival grounds. It was unnecessarily rough and bumpy. On our third day we decided to visit the museum in Kohima and instead of the drive taking about 15 minutes it took almost 02 hours due to a total blockage of the traffic causing us eventually to miss most of the finishing ceremony. But in the end we enjoyed it all.Our best wishes to you all and hope to meet you againg on our nest trip to India.
I was extremely impressed with SP Holidays over the course of the tour that my friends and I participated in.I was astounded with the amount of things that we were able to see over course of the tour, and was amazed with all that was provided for such a manageable price. My friends and I were always making jokes about the driver not actually being human since he seemed to be able to function without sleep, food or need of a bathroom.I was very impressed with his ability to put in such a long hours driving.
I Thought that guide did a great job.He was very enthusiastic and seemed extremely eager to please us and make our trip a memorable one. Pradeep and Sunil were fantastic. It was easy to tell that they are both great people, who are honest and have strong character.Pradeep was enjoyable to spend time with and did an impressive job leading.I respect him a lot as a person and it was privilege to have spent time with him.I would strongly recommend SP Holidays Pvt.Ltd to anyone looking to tour to India, and if I return to India(Which I hope I will) I will certainly use SP Holidays again

Letter of recommendation
We finished our trip through India. From 16/04/2009 until 05/05/2009 we traveled through India we booked our trip with S.P.Holidays Pvt.Ltd. We started in Delhi and from there we visited Jaipur ,Ranthambore national park.,Agra, Gwalior, Khaiuraho.Panna national park,Bandhavgarh national park and Kanha national park .
We want to thank you for managing this trip so well. Everything was well arranged and we didn't had to worry about anything. We enjoyed the hotels and trips very much. We will definitely recommend you to other travelers who wants to visit India. We also recommend Mr. Mohan Lal as a driver. The Indian traffic can be very chaotic, but he managed to drive us safely. He is very friendly and polite. He was available 24 hours a day to take us anywhere we wanted and we never had to wait for him. He was always ready to go. Again thank you for the good organization.

FRANCIS HENRY, ( LEH-LADAKH TOUR ), BELGIUM JULY 2009
I made a good trip back home and I want to thank you for the perfect journey I did in Ladakh, thanks SP Holidays ... and you !!!
As previous circuits done with your services in India, this one was well organized and I can only be happy of these 30 days in Ladakh.
As I told you before flying away, here are a few comments :
1) The first driver of the Toyota Innova who did the journey Delhi-Leh drop, has forgotten to give me the blanket you bought specially for me in Delhi.
By arrival at the hotel in Leh, I was so tired from these 5 days at high altitude, that I didn't check my luggage, relying on the driver.
It was after his departure, that I realized that he was gone without leaving the blanket to me.
I hope you will be able to manage the recovery ...
2) The 3 weeks in Ladakh were perfect !!!
Your staff over there were absolutely fantastic with me !!!
Stobdan, the driver of the Toyota Qualis who stayed 3 weeks with me, acted like a son ... his kindness was really like a warm sun in every day of this journey. This will be one of the highlights of my circuit !!!
3) Unfortunately, the whether in Ladakh wasn't that good and this lead to shorten 3 circuits locally ... this brought me 3 days earlier than scheduled in Srinagar.
My first idea was to stay in this city because there are many things to do and to visit. I explained this to the owner of the houseboat, asking him several times the price of the stay ... never got an answer...
Finally, I am very happy of having been again in contact with you and, as I told you before leaving, next trip in India will be with you again !!!
I hope the best for you and your family and remain,

Dear Mr Sunil
My daughter and I would like to say a big “thank you” for the very enjoyable and awesome trip to Kerala.
We were initially rather skeptical because of the contradictory views we were receiving when we first planned the trip, but to our amazement it turned out to be Holiday we will always cherish because of the wonderful friends we made and simply breathtaking places we visited. We had a fantastic driver n guide in our driver Mr. Saji ever so accommodating and gracious and the staff in the hotels were superb. Special mention must be made of the Rainforest and Spice Hotel who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
As I mentioned to all our friends in Kerala we will definitely be back and this time with a bigger entourage as we have been promoting Kerala n your company to family and friends.
Thanks again N God Bless

GOPAL jee was the best driver we had met. he was curtious, polite, friendly n went out of his way to help us have a good Holiday. The journey through
MATHURA,VINDRAVAAN,AGRA,JAIPUR,UDAIPUR and the drop of at Mt. Abu was
beyond the thanks.
GUJURAT Tour of Ahemebad, Porabandar, Dwarka,Rajkot,Vareval,Somnath,SriNathjee Temple,
Amba temples was even greater than we expected. Train ride from Ahemdabad to Surat and Mumbai was just another experience, we had never experienced.
With the help of a family friend at Santa Cruz-East we managed to cancel our hired car and went of a merry go around on Autos ,Taxis, and local trains. My family had never experienced the auto rides in Mumbai streets, the local train ride from Church gate to Santa Cruz, boy the rush people getting in and blocking the passages was breath taking,Without your guidance and help we would have never seen GOA. It was a great trip for 2 nights, as I was sick I had to cancel our van services. But he picked up from the Airport and dropped us back to the GOA airport after 2 nights stay in GOA. As the Goa beaches were a walk away we really enjoyed the GOAN customs n hospitality.
MYSORE/BANGALORE: its good to be back in Bangalore with a surperior hotel facilities,

Once again Bahoot Bahood Dhanwaad.

KRISH MOENESAR , RHOON , (GOLDEN TRIANLE TOUR) HOLLAND, JULY 2010
Here a feed back of my India trip.I booked with my family(5 persons) a 12-days tour through Rajasthan and Punjab at SP HolidayS PVT LTD.They customise the package as per your requirement. The tour was excellent with a private car and driver. On the way to Agra, we decided to stay only one night in Agra and two in Jaipur, instead of 2 nights in Agra and 1 night in Jaipur.
We called Mr. Sunil of SP Holidays and he fixed it within one hour !!!He regularly informed how we were doing and how the trip was going.
I highly recommend this Travel Agent – SP HolidayS PVT LTD.
MARIE ODILE AND POL BRANCKOTTE , RAJASTHAN TOUR, BELGIUM, FABRUARY 2010
Back in Belgium and recovering both from the jetlag and from a very intensive trip, we have tried
to summarize our impressions. Let’s say from the start that, overall, we enjoyed it very much
thanks to your itinerary selection and the overall organization of the tour.
Accommodations mostly perfect, all the hotels, while very different, have been superb with the exception of theJaipur Palace. It looks like the place is not very clean. Moreover, the location is very close to a very busy freight train line. The sound of train honking regularly for 30 seconds during the night can be disturbing. However, the service is very good and staff pleasant to deal with.
Delhi: Very Good
Mandawa: Very good.
Jodhpur: Very good.
Kumbalgarh: Good, a little bit fast.
Udaipur: Excellent, the best one of the tour.
Pushkar: (very) good.
Agra: Very good.
Overall very good,
Driver Anil certainly had a difficult role due both to traffic conditions and the fact that he lived with us for 17 days. After moderating him a little bit, we could say that he has been excellent. In addition of his driving missions, he was always caring for our comfort and security.I would like
to emphasize his very professional and clever reaction when we were hit by a rogue driver while
being overtaken by a truck. He stayed calm and maintained the car in the right direction. Any
other reaction would have lead us under the truck. So please carry our thanks to him again.
The trip is over, we will stay with very pleasant memories of India and Rajasthan, now is the
time to sort out the 4000 photos we took during a wonderful trip.
Very best regards.
Marie Odile and Pol Branckotte

TEUN VAN HUIZEN EN ELLIE BRUGGINK, (NEPAL, BHUTAN & ORRISA TRIBAL TOUR), GERMANY. MARCH 2010
Hello Mister Pradeep,
Here is our tour report,
It was nice to meet you and get the papers from our trip.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was good. The hotels are good and the tour guide speak good and clear English and he explain everything very good and he was a nice and politely man. The driver was also okay.
We had a good time and we enjoy the places that we visit.
The transfer from the airport was good, the hotels are reasonable. The tour guide speak reasonable English and we think that he was just started whit the job. Because he now not so much. But he and the driver are friendly.
It was for us special to being there it is Asian but so different.
The crossing from Bhutan to Sikkim was good . The hotels are very nice and atmospheric except one thing in The Mount Pandim hotel in Pelling, the room was reasonable but when we arrival in the room on the window are ± 20 big vet moths. We catch them by our self but that is not the way it is.
The tour guide was very good and he speak good and clear English he explain everything good and the driver was also good.
Sikkim was a good choice to go for us.
The transfer from the airport to the Park hotel was good, the Park hotel was a nice hotel but the employees very without interacting correctly. For example : we had a full day sightseeing and get back at about 5.30 pm. The room was not cleaned at that time, so we must ask the house keeping and the reception to clean it. that is not normal.
We must also every day ask for towels there was just 1 towel in the bathroom
The guide was a lady ( That was for the First time that we had a lady) and she did here job very good and we enjoy it.
2 days are to short for a city as Calcutta but we most make a choice and than lose a big city for us.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was good, and the Mayfair hotel was beautiful and so nice that garden. Also the employees are super. The guide was lifeless but that what he explains was good, we think he love to much betel nut.
Also in Kornark he explain the story and than he say takes you time and get around a see you here. But after a while when we get around we could not find him, and we sought him for ± 25 min. than we found him. He was going for lunch in a restaurant, that is not normal that we most wait for a guide.
Than the arrival in Puri, it was a shock for us. We sleep in good hotels and than the last one were we will relax and were we most fit out. Was nothing.
The Coco Palm that was not a good hotel. the room was unthinkable small the bathroom was not so clean. The door to the balcony, the balcony and the chair there that was so dirty. I think that you could not sit there in light clothes. But last but absolutely at least it was the smell, that was so intensely that my breath was away.We ask the man on the reception in the beginning for a other room but he say he was book out, but on the moment that we will leave thought the manager that he had a other room a suite. My husband was looking for the room but the smell was also intensely. It smells like a old building that always have the windows closed.
The hotel May Fair in Puri was a nice place, but the communication was not good. In the beginning could we stay 2 nights and a option for 1 night more. So we discussed on the phone 3 nights in Puri and the last night in May Fair in Bubaneswar. After 2 night nobody tell us something, we ask and than the man on the reception says you can stay 1 more night. So we think that we at Friday going to Bubaneswar, so we get out bed at 6 AM pack our suitcase and get at 8 to the reception for check out.
Than we hear that we still one night stay there. We was very angry and disappointed because this was a mistake again. This was our travel program. Than the last week, we will thank you, you was very helpful and we appreciate that.
End of the story is we had a very good Holiday.
Thank you again and lots of greeting from,
Teun van Huizen en Ellie Bruggink

OSCAR CAMPBELL (KERALA TOUR) U.K , NOVEMBER 2010
Just to say, thank you very much for helping us have a great Holiday. Everything worked to perfection and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Our driver, Muragen, was fantastic and really good company for us; please pass this on to him or his manager to say that we were very happy (we already said that on the evaluation form).
We thought Kerala was great, and hope to return1 If we do, I will be in touch with you again!
PETER CHIO & PARTY ( GOLDEN TRIANGEL) U.S.A NOVEMBER 2010
Thank you for your follow up. We had a great time that day with your guys at the Taj Majal and we are especially grateful for your staying with us during the wait for the train. This having been our first time to India, it was especially comforting to have you and your team take such good care of us.
We felt like we really got our money's worth. In fact, I've already recommended you to a number of my friends already.
MR./S. LEE BREWER (NORTH INDIA) U.S.A , NOVEMBER 2010
Hi Sunil and Pradeep,
First of all I would like to thank you all for your good work and accurate information. This made our almost 21 day visit in India excellent. I recommend that Americans should experience the fun of Diwali - we loved it. In Agra, we experienced day 2 of Diwali on the rooftop lounge of the Howard Hotel. It was a special treat to see all of the festive lights and exciting fireworks going off in the dark.
Of course everyone loved loves the Taj, but we probably would have loved it more during a weekday - or a less festive day, because we would have had fewer other visitors and just a few moments wait - we waited almost an hour to get into the main area. But since it was so beautiful, the wait was worth it. The nearby city was fascinating and well worth the time for a visit.
Our Agra guide Amerish, was terrific and the driver Kahn we had from Agra to Satna was a wonderful surprise. Amerish had excellent English and Kahn's English was also terrific. They both were a good compliment to your trip plans. We greatly enjoyed a tea stop in the country that Kahn recommended.
The best surprise was the beauty of our Orchha Lodging, The Bandela Riverside - we totally loved it. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Betwa river. Their food was excellent and the staff were just outstanding. We could have spent another one or two days there - maybe enjoying one of their rafting trips.
Khuji was another amazing pleasant surprise. Our guide did an excellent job of explaining the buildings figure sculptures and what the builders were trying to do. Our guide and this city should be recommended to most American tourists. Again Kahn was excellent in staying with us late into the day - showing us small out of the way places.
The trains were good enough - Satna to Varnasi was okay and Varnasi to Kolkata 2 per cabin was very good.
We had been given recommendations of one week in Varnasi to 1 day there. We could have spent 2 instead of 3 days and been very happy. The sights for our early dawn boat ride along the Ganges were exquisite and again our guide was terrific. Our hotel India was well located and made walking along some main city areas easy and pleasant. The Garden Restaurant was quite excellent near the hotel. We even enjoyed the nearby Shopping Mall and ice cream cones. We especially enjoyed the Buddha location and the nearby museum. Seeing an actual Ashoka Pole remnant was very good.
Kolkata was quite amazing, and our guide Vic was also great. We enjoyed the walk through the flower mart, the book vendor streets, coffee in the University coffee shop, the clay figure district and all of the small shops of marble and other goods. We were surprised by the very heavy English evidence in the old Kolkata area, but that was our lack of history. It was all very beautiful. We took the ferry across the river and walked over the Howlar bridge back into Kolkata. While Kolkata is not a common destination for Americans, we believe it should be since it helps put all of the last 3 Centuries of India history into perspective. The Viuctorial Memorial was beautiful, the Trading Company buildings were beautiful, and we especially enjoyed seeing the results of Mother Teresa - although we are not Catholic. She was a wonderful person.
The HHI was okay but we probably should have taken your original lodging recommendation, since your other lodging selections had been so good. We wanted to make our last 2 nights in India very special, and perhaps an upgraded room in your recommended hotel would have been much better.
All hotels had swimming pools except The India Hotel in Varnasi. Those were an excellent way for us to enjoy the India heat with a cooling intermission swim.
Although you had nothing to do with our flights, you might want to know for other travelers, that we were okay with the Aeroflot flights from New York to India, but we probably will not use Aeroflot again. When we went to Bangkok, we flew Air China, and liked them much more.
So in summary, we appreciated being greeted by all of your SP Agents when we arrived in every city, and sending us off with instructions about our next stop. They were accurate and very helpful. All of your guides and drivers were outstanding. I am very sorry about the phone card misunderstanding, I will find it and see if I can mail it back to you.
Meanwhile, thank you again for your kindness and professionalism. It made our trip to India outstanding. You may quote any part of this email or use us for a reference - especially to other Americans. Kind regards.
Hans and Pam Peeters (India wildlife tour) U.S.A
Dear Sunil & Pradeep
We want to thank you for making our trip so pleasant .You and your employees took very good care of us.You were able to arrange the trip quickly (we didn’t first contact you until just 3 weeks before our plane left California), and once we were in India, you were always available by phone to answer our questions or make changes if necessary .Your personal pickups and drop offs at the airport are truly appreciated!!
Our drivers were all skilled and extremely prompt and whether we left them waiting for us for many hours as we visited a fort or other attractions, or just a few minutes, they were always watching for us to return, meaning that they remained “On the job” until we told them they would no longer be needed for the day.Guddu, who was with us the longest time, was particularly helpful.after he learned that we were interested in certain types of birds, he pointed out some to us that we otherwise might have missed. And when we were having trouble finding a sewing needle in the shops, he located one for us while he was on his own time, after we had released him for evening. While none of the drivers had an excellect command of English, all of them tried very hard to give us what we wanted and the lack of English fluency was not a big problem. There is always someone around who can translate.
Your two representative who met us along the way were both nice young men.We think it was not necessary for representative to accompany the driver when we were picked up at Bandhavgarh(although we had just then realized that a mistake had been made about our departure date, straightening this out probably could have waited until we had arrived in Khajuraho).
In Agra the stop at a hotel to meet your company’s representative was a welcome one. Thank you. But we were sorry to also see a city guide waiting to give us a tour, because we had no time, and we had requested no guides except for in parks. However, we want to thank you very much for informing someone by the name of Singh that we were coming to Bharatpur—He is the uncle of very good bird guide at Keoladeo,Deepak Singh who was waiting for us and made our short time there very productive.
The hotels were all fine-each had something to recommend it.We have already told you about these, but I will repeat some of it here.Hotel Desert Wind in Bikaner was very comfortable. The Ken River Lodge is a little run down but is an excellent place for birdwatchers because of the bird guide there and the location-the park is very interesting and much more relaxed than the tiger Zoo parks(Bandhavgarh and Ranthambore).Hotel Meera Mahal in Jaisalmer was good for us(as bird watcher) because the staff is interested in birds and can arrange birding by Jeep.Regular tourist, however will probably prefer Mandir Palace Hotel, a real palace in the hreat of the city below the fort. The hotel in Sultanpur, which would be a nice place to stay in order to get into the park early for the best wildlife viewing.
To sum up, we are very happy with the services that you provided, and we will heartily recommend you to our friends , associates, fellow birdwatchers and anyone else who expresses an interest in visiting India.
With Best Regards,
Maya Wallach, Aviv and Nava Gazit, Osnat Drovi. ISRAEL (North India tour)
Concluding our 18 days trip to India ,we would like to thank you for a well organized and smoothly operated journey. Hotels were good, the car was reliable and the driver Bablu was skilled, polite and helpful.

Mr. J.Smulders & Family Netherland (Wild Life Safari Tour to India)
Subject: India wild life safari by SP Holidays
General: Because we booked our trip through internet with an Indian travel agency. We were not sure what to expect. The trip fulfilled all our expectations even exceeded someaspects.the trip was well organized and all items in the trip description were fulfilled.
Transport: the car was very good, the driver was excellent. He saved many lives of people and animals on the road. And we could understand each other very well. He helped us with minral water and could find toilets acceptable for us.
The Hotels: Most of the hotels were very good, some hotels needed some loadup on equipment. As an example Sariska Palace.People were friendly but clothing needed stitching and washing. Some hotels did not accept credit card for payment of drinks.Ramganga resort far from entrance park(45 min drive)
The Meals: We had to get useed to Indian food.In the beginning everything tasted stron and spicy, but after several days , we were used to it. Food was everywhere plentiful and tasted good.
The Park: The park were beautiful and we saw a lot of Indian wildlife even the very rare swamp deer. For the bird sanctuary in Bharatpur, we were in the wrong time of the year we chosen the dates. So it was to blame to us.All parks were different.Above all it was a good experience..
The Guides: The local guides were good.and their knowledge level was very good. Some how we could end up see everything in the programme.
Train / Plane Transport: Train transportation was good. May be the total travel time by train is too short for all troubles. Flight to Delhi was good.
Conclusion: Our trip was good. We did have wonderfull weeks in India. We saw wildlife, cities and Indian traffic by road.We have visited a local village and how people lived. We will certainly recommend this trip to other friends back home.

Dear Mr.Sunil, Dear Mr.Pradeep,
You have certainly got comments from our driver Anil about our journey through Rajasthan …how nice my wife is…and what a “big crazy” tourist-photographer I am !!
In SP Holidays, nobody believed one second that we would go through my circuit and visit program within one month but we achieved it and went to almost everything I expected to see, without racing!! So we are very happy about our Holidays in Rajasthan.
During the first days, Anil had to understand what was really interesting to us, because this type of Holidays he had never done before. Almost all tourist go from big town to big town and visit only the “most remarkable” sites where they are “dropped out” of bus:12 days and a few hotel-palaces later they are back home and they think they have seen and well known Rajasthan.
For my wife and myself, everything is wonderful…sometimes little “forgotten” temples, even half ruined have exceptional carvings, but nobody knows anymore..even the local touroperators!!The every day life in the little villages is the most interesting to us and meet the local population is so exquisite. We have not been in the tourist shops or in tourist restaurants for lunch, but we have bought fruits and drinks in little shops or in the street market, and we have taken lunch in little local restaurants where we have sometimes made our soup ourselves, all Indians around looking astonished to us.(Every time we have had lunch together with Anil, I have payed his lunch to..the total bill was most time Rs.150/- for three of us sometimes)
Driver was perfect every evening in finding little hotels, around Rs.1000/- and he is an excellent driver.Which is compulsory(a lot of Rajasthan drivers are crazy dangerous!!! Much more than in Orissa where we went in January ) and he “saved our lives” a few times.Every morning the car was correctly cleaned outside and inside, and his politeness was perfect.Only 2 times in one whole month, he was a little bit nervous about my demand to go back visiting a site we visited already(I wanted a better light for some photographies) and he went phoning to you to ask “permission” to do what I wanted.(I gave him a fair tip I think when he left us at the airport on November 12).The car was in good shape
Orissa Indians and Rajasthan Indians are all very kind. In Orissa however, there are few tourists and we could stroll without being disturbed. In Rajasthan, because of the many tourists, sometimes even not knowing “the value of money” and giving very high tip everywhere, the locals are more “aggressive” and this is a pitty.
As you can see ,I am very pleased of this tour organized by SP Holidays. So if I once come back to India, I will contact you and I will give SP Holidays as reference if somebody ask me for tour operator reference in India.Infact I already did:in Bundi I gave your data to an Australian tourist who was disappointed by his tour operator and wanted another one for his next trip to India.
Thanks for your best services.
